I never had to cut anything from my diet - it was just the formulas that gave her issues. She's been able to have yogurt with no reaction for about a month and she's 10.5 months old. It's fine if I'm at home, but it's really difficult if I want to go out to eat or go to a friend's for dinner. We tried Nutramigen with LO at 8 weeks, but she got SUPER gassy with it and it ruined her sleep. :( I'm hoping that we can try it again and maybe she'll do better on it when she's a little older. It's really hard for me to pump and get enough for a bottle for her, so I can never leave her and I'm paranoid about what little I have in the freezer! </p> MrsF on "When did your LO outgrow their MSPI? M was formula fed on Nutramigen by that point, so there wasn't much experimentation. </p> <p>I'm so impressed with moms who do an elimination diet! My pedi said that at 6 months old, they usually outgrow it. Was this true for you? If not, when? </p>
