She isn't army crawling or pulling up or getting into a sitting position by herself. She really wants to - it drives her wild she wants to move so much - but she just can't. She leans forward while sitting and almost gets into an all-fours position but then as soon as she gets onto her knees she flops onto her belly and starfishes again. He loves pulling up to a standing position but doesn't cruise. If he's on his belly, he'll push himself backwards, but not crawl backwards. If he's in a sitting position, he'll lean forward to reach for something and quarter turn his body then sit back down and/or push back a bit.
