I also took him to some music classes, and mommy/baby yoga, but I was on maternity leave and trying to fill time. We started her in unparented swim classes when she was 3yrs 3 months and has been doing really well! She didn't even bat an eye having to go in by herself. I just had my nose pressed against the glass trying to hear what was going on and seeing if my kid was okay and trying to motion him into doing what the class was doing... then I thought OMG I'm that parent!! I quickly calmed down and sat with the parents. Our older daughter is going into grade 1 and there are more options available for her now, including a children's choir and she also does Sparks with some neighbourhood friends. Maybe we'll do music lessons in a year or so, my mom is a professional musician and DS is absolutely fascinated when she plays. Other than that we'll take it slow. I don't really believe in tons of classes just for classes sake. Still trying to decide when we'll put LO in swim classes because she's at the age where they're transitioning to classes without parents in the water. </p>
