At 18 months I realized we couldnt do this forever so we started trying ro train her. We would tell her if she wanted to walk she had to hold our hand. Of course she would throw herself on the floor screaming so I would put her back in the stroller. As soon as she would stop screaming I would ask if she wanted to wAlk, and we would trry again. We did this over and over and we went to the mall every day for a couple hours to practice. We'd go look for puppies on a walk after daycare. But consistently? Just in the past month or so, and she's 17 months.
