<description>&#60;p&#62;I'd say around 8/9 weeks he stopped fighting it, and 11/12 weeks he looked at though he knew what was coming next. We started at birth.&#60;br /&#62;
It sounds quite a lot to be packing into a routine, we have him awake 2 hours before bed (5.30pm) 1.5 hours of nornal routine (bottle and play) then at 7pm it's bath for 15 mins , quick dry and pjs on, last bit of bottle and into bed with a white noise machine. The last part is max 10 mins. I find lullabys, rocking, massage etc stimulates him so do massage earlier in the day

<description>&#60;p&#62;LO is 11 weeks/6 weeks adjusted. We started a bedtime routine last week which includes bath, lotion, tummy massage, pjs, swaddle, white noise machine, and 15 mins of lullaby music/rocking to sleep. He is still fighting bedtime, and he has always hated his swaddle (but cant sleep w/o it yet). &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;At what point did your LO &#34;understand&#34; that it was bedtime based on your routine? I read that at some point this routine will trigger his sleepy cues... and once this is established, can anyone else besides you or your SO handle bedtime? What if someone is babysitting, for example.
