Right now she takes a one hour nap about 50% of the time. The rest of the time she just has a 1.5 hour rest period. She will doze off occasionally in the afternoon, but that's if she's had a super long and active day... and that only happens maybe 1-2x a month. So yeah, I'd say 5 yo is the official age she stopped having regular daytime naps. Up until them, she was still napping regularly at school at least. It depends how long he sleeps at night I think, some days he needs a sleep and other days he is ready to go all day.</p> <p>When did your LO stop daytime naps? </p>
