He had these long gorgeous curls but his bangs got too long and I had to barrette them all the time. And the curls in the back were uneven. I asked for a trim and they gave him a mullet!!! So we had to get the full on big boy cut. DS1 got his first haircut at DH's barber when he was just 6 months old! I tried to wait it out as long as possible but he started scratching at his ears...</p> <p>DS2 just got his first haircut a couple weeks ago at 7.5 months. I held out longer, plus his hair isn't as thick as DS1's... but still both kids on the early side :( </p>
