It came in less than 48 hours after delivery and I was still in the hospital. So, I had to pump. I didn't think too much about it, but my nurses were very impressed with how much I got. I am subscribing to this thread. </p> <p>My best friend had an unplanned csection with her first and it took a long time for her milk to come in but with her second she said her milk came in right away...day 2...this gives me hope. This time around I'll nurse, pump and supplement with formula if I have to.
