My pain went away pretty quickly but I do still have times here and there where I have hip pain in my joints like I did when I was pregnant. I know I should have gone to the chiropractor for it but we just don't have the money for that. 75% of the time it isn't a problem. My ankles are the same way actually.

I'm 8 months Pp and still have quite a bit of stiffness and pain when I get up from sitting for a long period. My butt bone still hurts on one side too, I really need to go see a PT or chiropractor but haven't had the time.

I had terrible pelvic and tailbone pain and I have been seeing a chiropractor and massage therapist since 4 months post partum. My hips were lopsided! It has helped so much, and at almost 10 months pp, I am almost completely healed. A lot of insurance companies will cover chiropractic visits too.

At least six months. BUT I had to see a PT because my pelvis kept slipping out and was rotated. Are you btrastfeeding? That continues to release relaxin, which contributes to the aching stretching joints. But there was more going on with mine

I'm six weeks postpartum, and my pelvic/hip pain is gone and mine was pretty severe. I had SPD and my hips still clicked a few days after birth, but the pain was gone. I'm pain free at this point. I would get checked out to be sure!

I'm a few days PP and the hip and pelvis pain is gone (surprisingly, it was pretty severe). I'd definitely seek out a physical therapist for an evaluation. Hopefully some stretches and building up sorrounding muscles may help?

Sounds like you need a chiropractor! I would feel that and an adjustment fixed me right up! I used to be skeptical, but I swear by them now!

My pelvic bone pain went away immediately after birth. Like, the next day. I'd get it checked out, just to see?

Is say a good 6 months or so. I've always had right hips and pain and it was horrible during my (short) pregnancy. It got better slowly just with time.

I'm 5 months postpartum and still feel really achy in my pelvic joints (front & back) if I'm standing or walking longer than usual, or if I run even short distances. It started in the last few weeks of pregnancy. I was told the ligament/joint relaxing hormones normalize quickly postpartum an perhaps the effects could linger for 3 months, but here I am, wondering if this is still normal or if I should seek evaluation.
