With this pregnancy though, the symptoms were much more subtle and started later. I haven't had sore boobs at all this time and my tiredness didn't kick in until around seven weeks or so. Also, I haven't had any cramping this time and only had a couple of days of nausea around seven weeks (had none the first time).</p> <p>So bottom line, from my experience, the symptoms started later and were definitely milder with my second baby!
