It took at least a couple of weeks after delivery for the swelling to go down. I also had a c-section, so that adds to the fluid retention a bit. I was able to wear my rings within a few weeks. My feet stayed permanently bigger though (longer, not wider). My feet and ankles ballooned even more than they had when I was pregnant. I have MAJOR foot/ankle swelling and moderate hand swelling (can't even think about wearing my rings). Did it go down pretty quickly after delivery? What was your experience? Thanks!
