With my first, exhaustion happened right away but no other real symptoms until 5 weeks 1 day. I'm 4 weeks 4 days and I feel great! Actually had a personal best at the gym this morning. No symptoms other than a stronger sense of smell, but no aversions, and sore boobs. Then the sore boobs. Slight food aversions and sensitivity to certain tastes came around 6 weeks, but it wasn't very noticeable. At that time I didn't know I was pregnant and I assumed it was just from eating badly and travelling over the holidays. I was lucky in that I only had nausea/a hangover feeling for a few weeks. Plus constipation, which I struggled with my first pregnancy (and never had that issue before.)
