I can always tell the days he didn't nap at daycare. We usually have him nap on the weekends too unless we are out and about. She still really needs her nap. </p> <p>But during the nap fighting phases, we enlist quiet time as well. We just tell her she can do whatever she wants as long as she stays within the confines of her bed, and that worked well. She usually had some books and toys in bed with her, and sometimes she would fall asleep mid-play. But we stay out late on Saturdays so he really needs that nap.</p> <p>Usually I run errands with Charlie while Olive is napping like going to the market, or he draws. My 4 year old no longer naps, but quiet time does wonders.
