He did well for us but didn't make it work for school. So he is back napping. If he gets into the early kindergarten we will drop his nap this summer. On a good week she will nap 4 or 5 times, a bad week once or twice. There honestly doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for it and it's really frustrating! And makes planning things so difficult! She naps at daycare but refuses when at home. We try everything but nothing works to get her down she always says "but it's not dark out" and comes up with every excuse. I'm guessing she will prob stop napping altogether by 2.5-3. On days she doesn't nap, she is in bed by 6/6:30 and will sleep until 6:30/7. It has come to the point where she needs a little bit of holding to wind down and fall asleep. When she does nap it is usually 2.5 hours. When she doesn't nap, she gets irritable and needy. When did your lo's drop their nap? I've given up on her napping some days, but am not totally convinced she is ready to drop it. </p>
