His head used to end up at the opposite end or he'd be totally sideways.<br /> Now he might go slightly diagonal but his head mostly stays in the same place. He uses a small toddler pillow now, so maybe that helped? He slept all over the bed until he turned 3 maybe? We had to go for a full-on rail as opposed to the pool noodle type because he launched himself out of the bed on his second or third night. I felt like he still moved a lot in his crib, but now that he's in a toddler bed I feel like he moves less.
