<description>&#60;p&#62;I agree with personality.  I watch two girls who are 5 and 7, the 5 year old happily does but the 7 year old hates it.  But the 5 year old has always been more affectionate.  At 9 or so I feel like it definitely dwindles though no matter what.  Sweetly though, most kids still will when they need that extra assurance.
