DS (1yo) gets them brushed when I remember which unfortunately is not every night. We brush our 13 month old's teeth after her first milk bottle in the AM and before bedtime. They also brush her teeth once at daycare before naptime. My son actually enjoys brushing his teeth. He thinks spitting out the water is fun (since that's the only time he's allowed to spit!). My 13 month old doesn't mind it so much.
