At the moment I just take daily walks with my LO. I am pregnant and sick all the time so I've been taking it easy.

Whenever I can! I work out in 5-15 minute spurts. Not great, but it's all I can fit in right now. I'll do 5 mins of abs in the morning before G wakes up, 10 mins of weights after dinner, or 10 min walk during lunch

I am trying to figure this out myself. I have a somewhat similar schedule, BUT I have an LO who has no problem waking up at 5:30-6am, so that's the time I would work out during the week. My sleep is garbage, so the idea of waking up at 4am to work out just makes me sad. I tend not to like to work out at night either for the same reasons as mentioned above. I feel like my only options may be the weekends. My works days are so short and often filled with conference calls, so running out to work out isn't an option either.

I prefer morning work outs but my schedule more favors evening... I change it up week by week, I know what you mean about night work outs keeping you up. I used to be the same way but I guess I'm sleep deprived enough now that I only need 45 minutes to wind down again.

I really want to get up early to do it... Right now we go after dinner but it's so easy to feel lazy or full still and not go! And I heard it's better for you to go in the morning. But it takes a GREAT deal of motivation to wake up any earlier than you have to!

After E goes to bed... He goes to bed around 7:30, then I workout, cook dinner for DH and I and then go to bed around 10-10:30. Up to start the next day at 5:30. I just know myself, and know that I couldn't commit to getting up any earlier, so evenings work better for me.

I was thinking about joining TemperanceBrennan's diet bet (http://boards.hellobee.com/topic/hellobee-diet-bet) but realized that I dont really have time to exercise (yes its an excuse)

My DH leaves at 8am to go to work, I'm the one who has to get DD ready for the day. I wake up at 6:30 shower, dress, pack her lunch and by that time she is up (7:30-8:00am). I dress her, feed her and get her ready for our nanny. I rush out of the house at 8:30, take the train and am at work from 9:30-5:30 then take the train home and get home around 6:30. Feed, bathe and cuddle with DD and between 8-9 she falls asleep and I'm exhausted and I get ready for bed.

I dont really like to work out at night because it keeps me up. I could try to work out during lunch but I usually can only do cardio (i guess thats better than nothing)

I do not belong to a gym right now.

So tell me Bees when do you work out?
