If she's awake I put her in her exercauser and drag it into the hall near the bathroom so I can talk to her. It has a bunch of toys in it that she doesn't see the rest of the day. She plays in there for 15 minutes while I shower and get dressed. I'm glad that we got into this habit when she was very young, because she's very used to it now. It's the only time of the day that she'll tolerate being left on her own. He sits in the bouncy chair while I shower. Sometimes I wait for his first nap, but it's usually only 40 mins long and I like to use that time to tidy up and eat breakfast! Selfish, I know.
