Definitely anything contagious or if i just feel kinda shitty, I'll stay home. We get lots of sick time, but I don't seem to get sick often. I just don't mind taking it. I'll also take a "mental health day" if i'm feeling particularly burnt out and I don't have much to do. I know a lot of people don't like to see sick people at work, but I try to be very careful to wash my hands a lot and I have to save those vacation days for when the kids get sick!
