I was always a go-to-bed-early gal. I find that I can't really get to sleep now until after I feed Nico because I feel like he's just going to wake me up the moment I'm sleeping. So sometimes it works out that he eats at 8pm, and I can get to bed early. Other times it's more like 10, so I'm not going to sleep til 11. Then there are all the wake-ups to account for definitely. Some feeding wake-ups take an hour. I'm lucky that he always goes right to sleep in his crib no problem after the feedings, and most of the time it's a 30 minute feed. I record all my feedings (start and finish time) and generally, I end up sleeping until all of my non-feeding times overnight add up to 8 hours.
