I stayed home for the first year after DS was born , and would go running every morning with our jogging stroller. If it was raining, I'd head to the gym and pay the walk in rate for the gym daycare. Or head to the mall, before it opened, and walk 3 miles

<description>&#60;p&#62;I usually workout in the morning before work (6am), but if I need to go in earlier, I will wait until I get home (around 4pm). I go to the YMCA, and I love having the kids program for LO. I think it's worth the money, plus we save $ on swimming lessons. DH likes to take him swimming too. When I was a SAHM, I usually took him to the pool 1x a week too. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;But there's so many things you can do at home too- like during naps? I am doing Kayla Itsines BBG program right now and it's very minimal equipment, high intensity, and only 28 minutes. Look at her IG- the transformations are incredible. You can check her blog or Pinterest for some of her workouts- I'm doing the whole 12 week program and I just finished week 7.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Currently, I'm working out everyday. I do it as soon as I pick LO up from school. I do Beachbody, which is usually a 30 min program. I can't do it earlier (because I'm working) or later (because I'm worn out). I just give LO some play dough or stickers, and go for it. Sometimes she spends nearly the entire time whining for me to hold her. Ugh. That's hard. It's motivating though. And, and Daniel Tiger makes appearances during my workouts.  :happy:

<description>&#60;p&#62;For the last month I have been getting up at 5am and do a video in our living room. Not gonna lie, some mornings it is really hard to get up. But I just push through on those days and I feel so much better. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Since I'm doing workouts at home, I just make sure everything is set up the night before. I move the coffee table (super small living space...) lay out my workout clothes and queue up the dvd on our playstation.

&#60;p&#62;I augmented our morning childcare by half an hour so my husband can handle our son in the morning.  (He needs to leave for work earlier than me, and previously the start time was aligned with when I needed to leave the house.). So three days a week, I get up, commute, work out, shower, and walk a block and a half to my office.  I usually get to work a little later in those mornings too.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Our Y has free childcare for 2hrs/day.  So I either take them from 930-11ish or from 4-530ish (post-nap).  Most days I do the treadmill , but there are some classes during those times too.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;On days when I only have one kid, and the weather isn't miserable, I will take one in the jogging stroller.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Last resort is to do something at home while they have nap/quiet time in the afternoon. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Ok, just kidding, super last resort would be to get up and do something before DH goes to work.  But his schedule is inconsistent AND he usually is out the door before 7a.  I am not a &#34;get up at 4a to workout&#34; sort of person, especially when I have other options.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I recently started waking up early to work out (DH and I switch days, so when I am working out, he will attend to LO if she wakes up during my workout, and vice versa).  Before that, I had some luck doing shorter workouts at night after LO went to bed, but it was always hard to make myself do it when I was already tired.  I'm hoping the morning routine works better.

<description>&#60;p&#62;On the weekends I usually work out first thing in the morning because I am a morning person. But not so much that I can motivate myself on work days. So weekdays I usually do it right before dinner (DH is on board and I skip out of cooking) or right around LOs bedtime (I get out of loading the dishwasher.) I workout at home for 25 mins so it is not a huge timesuck. If I don't do it either of those times, I'll do it while LO is in bath or I'll extend her bedtime and she can lull herself to sleep to my workout.
