In retrospect I think that was because our Santa presents tended to be the large/unwrappable type stuff like a scooter or a guitar or a dollhouse and my parents didn't want to deal! </p> <p>So I'm continuing that tradition and LO's play kitchen will just have a big bow on it. But I'm afraid that I'll wrap something that may or may not need to be exchanged or returned for whatever reason and I won't know what's what (not to mention the wasted paper..). </p> <p>The other thing I'm thinking is that if my 3 year old stumbles across the toys I can switch things out if needed. But if they're all wrapped, I don't want to blow it all! I'd need new paper, new stuff..etc. And, I have everything hidden in my closet, so not that great of a spot.</p> <p>My mom used to wrap everything late into the night on Christmas Eve but mainly because she was a procrastinator. We have to build a dollhouse, too, but no where to hide it really! </p>
