We did soft fruits like avocado and pears at 6 months and worked our way up to "real food." We did Avocado and fruit pieces. We did veggies like cucumbers and bell peppers. The pedi said we could start finger foods around 7 months. I'm quite excited about it, just wondering when everyone started finger foods and what did you start with? My doctor suggest things like oven baked fries, fruit pieces and even scrambled eggs. What did you start with? </p>
