Not sure if this helps answer your question at all, but it was probably about 4 weeks when I felt able to get my act together enough to leave the house during the day and do things like run errands or meet a friend for lunch. Not that I never left the house the first four weeks, but when I did go out then it was usually because I had someone else to help me get myself and LO together.
