My period started 6 days late after my skeptical DH said I was "90% likely pregnant." So disappointed. :(

I tested last night and this morning using wondfo tests- both negative. Still no period. I am 13 DPO and on CD 32. My luteal phase before removing paragard was 7-9 days, and my longest cycle in the past 3 years was 30 days, and I am regular. I still feel off and forgetful. I usually get mood swings before my period and I'm not having those (just angst over this). My temp did drop some this morning but still over the coverline (and I woke up freezing due to a/c left on during a storm). I think I am, but why aren't the tests positive?

@Shutterbug: Yes. My cycle runs 25-27 days typically, with luteal phase 7-9 days before removing the paragard. The longest cycle I have had in the past year was 29 days. I am currently on CD 30 and 11 DPO. DH and I agreed to test tomorrow since due to work schedules, we won't see each other until tomorrow evening.

i always thought "pregnancy brain" must be caused by lack of sleep, because at some point in your pregnancy it just becomes impossible to STTN. Similar to mommy brain, but the reason for sleep deprivation is different.

@AmeliaBedilia: oooooohhh good luck!!! 2 days late is a great sign. And yes, AMAZING restraint. As fat as pregnancy brain, I think mine started in second tri. I also had ZERO symptoms ore BFP. Had normal PMS cramping that convinced me that AF was around corner .

I am 1-2 days late, which is rare for me. DH and I agreed we wouldn't test for another two days if my period doesn't show up. We both think I am, but it seems unreal, and is so hard to wait.

@AmeliaBedilia: no other symptoms? Who knows better than you, if you feel "off" and that the migraine, forgetfulness, and other is not normal than im sure your right, you might be pregnant. I knew I was by early symptoms around dpo 8-9. Good luck!!

Haha, my DH wants was convinced I was pregnant because I had such bad "pregnancy" brain! He made me take a test. But I guess it was just extra bad mommy brain for me. Right now I'm 12 weeks and haven't felt any dumber :)

I think you very well could be pregnant, but I wouldn't expect pregnancy brain to be affecting you this soon.

I'm 32 weeks, and I don't think I've had anything to speak of yet that would be more spacey than usual. But easy enough to blame it on that instead of actually taking accountability for my usual mistakes :P

My pregnancy brain started very recently. I'm 21 weeks and I completely spaced about a workshop I was supposed to attend earlier this week. Like, was not aware of the day of the week. I didn't really have anything like that when I was first pregnant. This time around, I really didn't have any real symptoms before I tested, unlike other months when I swore I was pregnant based on symptoms and I wasn't really.

Fingers crossed that you get happy news soon!

I got preggo brain around 20-ish weeks. Every out-of-it moment before that, I attributed go stress and fatigue. You may be pregnant, but personally, I didn't get any symptoms until after my BFP.

I don't know when the pregnancy brain started but I'm sure it was later than that. To the migraine- I did acupuncture to treat my migraines and it did make them worse for a bit before they got better so it could be that.
My bra band size did go up very early- like by 6 weeks my bras felt like a rubber and squeezed around my chest. Good luck!

We are TTC and I am 8 DPO. I had acupuncture for the first time at 2 DPO and haven't been feeling right. I had a migraine (highly unusual at 3 DPO since I usually only get them during my cycle, and acupuncture is supposed to prevent migraines) and I have been feeling extremely stupid for the past 4-5 days. My memory is terrible, and I keep forgetting words and things I never forget. I think my bra was slightly tighter this morning, but no other symptoms. DH and I both have a gut feeling that I'm pregnant but think it might just be wishful thinking. What do you think? Is this too early for pregnancy brain? If it is pregnancy brain, how do I deal?
