He'll ask why 3-4 times in a row &amp; I eventually say "I don't know. Mommy doesn't have all the answers." And still going very strong at almost 3. He can't answer the question "Why" appropriately most of the time, so I think it's interesting that he's suddenly asking it. Just this morning he asked me why I was wearing a green necklace, and when I answered "because I like it," he asked me why again. He asked why it isn't raining anymore when we got out of the car at daycare ("Um...because the clouds spilled all the rain last night!"). </p> <p>He's 2.5 and I really just started hearing him ask "why" within the past week. I thought this phase started a little later! When did your LO start asking "why?" </p> <p>Bonus question: Why wasn't it raining anymore this morning? :silly: </p>
