My 4.5 year old has always been sensitive to the way things feel but lately it has gotten so much worse. She changes her undies 4x in the morning because they all tickle her bottom. Clothes have to be soft with no tags or scratchy material or designs. Her leggings can't be bunched up at her ankles. Socks can destroy a morning and she only wears one pair of shoes.

I try my best to be patient of these things but I am not a patient person by nature and these quirks make my morning so rough. And it's really gotten worse the past few weeks.

Do you have any suggestions on how to deal with it? I'm thinking about seeing an OT for help but I'd love any other suggestions you may have.
