It doesn't kill the mood, it takes like 5 seconds, and we're moving around anyway. I think PnP is just as effective as putting on a condom midway, if you think about it logically (both involve unprotected intercourse to a point.) For us, there's such a minor chance of getting pregnant, pre-ejaculate doesn't phase me. Based on what I've read, I don't think pre-ejaculate has than much sperm in it at all. It's mainly whatever is left over from the last time of ejaculation, and peeing between that time usually kills what is left over. PNP worked for us before H and then for two years after H. Our only oops was when he didn't pull out in time. Condom efficacy numbers are for use for any/all penetration.
