When #2 comes the crib will go in our room. At some point we will move the crib back into #1's room and they will share. At least, that is the plan for now. Baby #2 will go in our spare bedroom. It's basically the junk room. All of the stuff we unpacked but didn't have a place for is in there. It has to get cleaned out pronto! It's so painful though because it's all the crap that I have no idea what to do with but I either use occasionally or have plans for (and may never get to but can't throw it out either). UGH. But now that I'm almost 27 weeks and getting closer to the third trimester I'm starting to feel stressed about it and slowly starting to tackle it. I haven't figured out where to put everyone. Ideally after 6mo DC can share a room (they'll be almost 3yrs apart). LO2 will be in our room until then. I don't think I'll make any drastic changes until I have to. The one thing I definitely want to do before birth is transition DD to a twin bed in the fall so she won't associate losing her crib with her sibling. DD was still in the crib when DS was born, so he didn't have a crib or anything else. With Baby#3 coming, I don't even think we'll clean out his or her room until after he or she comes! We need a guest room for awhile and the baby stays with us for the first few months anyways. It is hard to not nest though..... I am 23 weeks with #2, and NOTHING has even been started. We don't even have a room cleared for her yet! Did you create a nursery for #2? Was it an alternate sleeping arrangement than you had with #1?
