Unfortunately it arrive the day she found out she suspected she was miscarrying. I sent her The Girlfriends Guide to Pregnancy, some vitamins, lotion, a onesie, and a couple other small things. She told me that the book helped distract her while she was waiting for her dr appointment because it made her laugh. I'm planning on getting a friend some pregnancy books like Belly Laughs and Girlfriend's Guide to Pregnancy, and maybe a cute maternity shirt, belly band, etc. </p> <p>I think I'd rather not get gifts for myself until I was 12 weeks because I had already suffered a miscarriage and I'm paranoid about those things.
