It took him a day to figure out how to pick them up and put them in his mouth. so cute :)</p> <p>We went to a nutritionist 3 weeks ago (so he was 7+ months old) and she said we could give it to him then because 1. he's sitting up ; 2. he's picking things up and putting them in his mouth. Husband didn't want to do it then because he heard they'd start to refuse purees once they started cheerios. I was too nervous to do it because I didn't think they dissolved as easily as the puffs, but it's no problem for her.
