Closer to 7 if her last nap was short. It just kind of works out around that time as it's roughly 3-3.5hrs after her last nap ends. We have to be up by 6:30am (7:00am at the absolute latest) most days to get her to daycare and get ourselves to work, and in order for her to be awake at that time, she has to be down by 7. We have a nanny, so he doesn't have to wake up early in the morning and he will actually sleep in later if he goes to bed later, so it works for us. I would say we figured it out together, not her or us choosing. Any earlier than 7:30 and she wouldn't see DH at all most days, so I really didn't want it to be that early. Sometimes she is really tired though, so we have to, but other days she's fine going down at 8. At first it was 9, then 8, then 7:30, and now she gets incredibly cranky if we don't have that nighttime bottle in her mouth by 6:30! She's always woken up at 5:30-6am, even when she went to bed later, so I'm glad she moved her bedtime back enough to get about 11hours of sleep! </p>
