My daughter did Disney land for the first time at 4 weeks old. Then we did world at 4.5 years old and 9 months old. We baby wore most of the time. So she wasn't touching much. Lots of hand washing. She did great on the plane because we just nursed and wore her the whole time. We hiked El Yunque and went to the beach and made sure we kept her cool. We have now come up with the awesome idea of taking DD to Disney next March with her 4 month old little sibling (due Nov 1). Luckily my parents are coming and my mom doesn't really like rollercoasters so she can watch the baby while we do rides with DD. We are hesitant to say yes, since the baby won't remember it at all. It might be worth going when they are older. It's the best age - they are so easy, and love hanging out and looking around! I wore DS majority of the day &amp; we took afternoon break at hotel. I didn't worry about germs or anything since he was either being worn or in the stroller. Our pediatrician was comfortable with it, despite him being early. My dad (I swear faked this) sprang his ankle the first day and said oh I'll just hang out at the cushy hotel room while you guys do the parks. See ya... oh don't forget to bring me some food! Haha. I say that, but we took both LO's to a small theme park last summer and LO2 was not at all potty trained and it was fine. We just didn't stay more than a few hours.
