We have black-out curtains in her room but if we needed to have her nap/sleep in our room or at a family member's house they may not and so she is used to sleeping in any lighting condition. I was surprised, because it was the sort of thing that I've considered! But I learned once (the hard way) that using the phone while putting your LO to sleep is a good way to wake your LO wide awake! Sticking your phone deep under the crib with the brightness turned way down though... that's pretty clever. I still think it's too risky for our kids, but I was wondering if other parents do this. When putting your LO to sleep, do you ever check your phone while sticking your arms way under the crib?
