My husband and I came down with food poisoning last night. We're still struggling this morning. Since I'm pumping/breastfeeding, I know I'm losing a lot more fluids than normal. I'm drinking and have kept water down for about three hours now. If this keeps up, is drinking water enough until it runs it's course?

Has anyone else had food poisoning while breastfeeding?
