I work exclusively with two partners. My arrangement is I work as many hours as I want and they give me work on a project by project basis. I have been working for them for a few months and need to figure out how to tell them about my pregnancy. I'm a Tax CPA and our baby boy is due beginning of April (tax season). Should I tell them now? Or wait until year end? </p>
