I just stopped feeding DD her bottles and started just giving her a sippy of cows milk with each meal and snack. She started eating a lot more solid food within 24 hours, in order to compensate for getting fewer calories from her mostly liquid diet. We actually haven't completely bottle weaned b/c she still takes her bedtime bottle. I started first with weaning him off nap time bottles, and it was up to DH to wean LO off of his night bottle.
