Everything I've read says to let kids eat small amounts if they ask for it. Maybe try something more bland. Plain dry toast or rice. If she's asking for food, I would give her something, but very small amounts. And I'd keep a cup of pedialyte nearby at all times. I waited a good two hours before trying Cheerios and those came back up. I waited a little longer and she begged for crackers. Those also came up. So now I'm wondering how long I should wait before letting her try something small to eat again. </p>
