Every little bit counts. My baby is a hand held baby so it was really hard finding time to pump. I would try to pump one side right after she fell asleep. I would save the bottles in the fridge then combine them later. Any tips on when to pump?</p> <p>So far I've just been squeezing a session or two a day in whenever possible, not on any regular schedule. Is that not recommended? Middle of the night sessions aren't great because I need some sleep, and she nurses a ton during the day, not on any schedule, so I haven't been able to pick a regular time. LO is four weeks. </p>
