She and I aren't super close but see each other every few months. It's her first baby and I want to make sure that I send her a gift. I looked at her registry today and only a few things have been purchased so far. I was going to go ahead and order a few of the board books and one or two soft books but I'm worried that it's too early to send them to her.</p> <p>Should I wait until it's closer to her due date to send her gift? </p>
