Do you have any idea about that? Nannies are popular, but not bountiful in my area so I started 2 months in advance. Posted the job on care and then did interviews. Then had our favorite do a trial day. We picked her about 3 weeks before I went back and then she came every week 2 times a week until I went back to work so I could show her how I take care of the baby. The earlier you start the better. We have been back and forth between Childcare and Nanny but considering I am only needing someone to be with LO for 2-3 days a week while I am either sleeping during the day or working, we decided a Nanny might be the best.</p> <p>I was also thinking that once we find somebody we like we should have them start a week or two before I actually head back to work so they can get an idea of how we do things/want them done and we can get to know them better. Is that weird?</p> <p>I am so clueless on all this and Mrs. Pen's post just really got me thinking about it all again. </p>
