I have been running with LO since then. The main thing is to make sure it is an actual running stroller - like a bob -not just one 3 wheelsand jogger in the name. Big wheels, long wheel base, fixed front wheel. Both my husband and I went out together the first two times to make sure she wasn't getting jostled too much or looked unhappy. She loves it and just falls asleep.
