I'm going to be lucky to get 6 weeks leave, so we want to have a solid system in place. Especially for nannies, you've got to kind of look for folks who are available in the moment. Right now we're running up against a lot of college students who are going to school full time in the fall. </p> <p>We had everything all set up but it ended up falling through. Then we will be starting the baby in day care. When should we start looking for/interviewing nannies? I'm currently about nine months away from when ill need her to start and I'm sure at this point very few people know their availability that far in advance. </p>
