I was building a block tower on our Lego table and I accidently knocked it over and exclaimed "Damn Shit!" and then went right back to building. My mom didn't say anything because she figured making a big deal out of it would only encourage me to say it more. On the way home I whispered to my brother, "I know how to spell f-ck!" He threatened to tell my mom that I swore and I cried all the way home. The muppets knocked down some buildings, and I stood up and exclaimed “Jesus Christ! That muppet just knocked over a building!!!” Its not really a swear per se, but not something you expect out of a 2 year old either. When I finished, he said, "Ha ha! You just said a bad word!!" I got mad at him and said I didn't. He told me it was the word "stuck." I went up to my Mom and said, "Mom! Drew told me F*** is a bad word!!" She told me never to say that word in her house again and then sent my brother to his room for the rest of the night. Anyway, I was in grade 6 and I was playing on the playground by myself and I missed a step on the ladder on the playground, and said "Oh fuck". I couldn't even believe I said it, and the rest of the day I spent worrying that I'd be called to the principles office because they just KNEW I'd said a bad word. hahaha... Obviously no one heard me and therefore no one knew I'd said it, but I was sweating it! Didn't say another swear word until I was about 14. Even though I was born in the States, I was just starting to learn English and had a very limited vocabulary. I blurted out a curse word (can't remember which) while waiting in line for the water fountain. My Kindergarten teacher was mad at me, and I got in a lot of trouble. Of course I had no idea what I did wrong. I was just using some of my "new" vocabulary. Oye. I think the first time I swore, I was in the 1st or 2nd grade, and my sister was doing something to me, and I called her an asshole! My mom was standing there, and I think we were all so surprised that I said it, that she didn't wash my mouth out!
