I had a nasty cold. I usually run a fever for at least a day whenever I have a cold, but they're low grade. The last REAL fever I had was two years ago when I had something flu-like that hit me suddenly like a ton of bricks. I haven't been that sick in many years. That was the first time I had a fever since I was a teen. D and I both got sick! It REALLY sucked because we had to travel for his grandmother's memorial service--I don't even want to think about how many bottles of Day/Nyquil we went through on that trip!
