My supervisor started one last year when I filles out my self review &amp; never followed through on her end. Just mentioned I needed to be on time at to work. Mine is coming up on the 21st (eek!). I think my review last year was around the same time. We also have mid years...but those always feel like a normal 1 on 1 (which we should have monthly). My bosses in the past have pretty much only scheduled the 'big' year end review in March, but my boss now likes to meet monthly.
