The last time I had pancakes was 4th of July weekend because we visited a cousin who really enjoys making pancakes for breakfast. She was so sweet to make everyone a big breakfast. Normally I rotate between cereal, fruit and cheese, a breakfast burrito, or a breakfast sandwich.
