An ex-BF and I shared 3 small pitchers (I think we got about 4 glasses from each pitcher) and oh boy, I was so drunk. My hangover lasted 3 days! We had a few friends over Saturday night for an impromptu holiday party. I didn't really eat dinner (too busy hosting!) and by the time everyone left I had almost 2 bottles of wine! I chugged some water but Sunday morning was rough. Sept. 2013. I'm fairly certain I was drugged/poisoned, though. We were at a wedding, and I had maybe 3 glasses of wine over a 6-7 time frame, which is normally totally fine for me. I blacked out, puked in my purse on the bus ride back to the hotel, and woke up feeling like a HOT MESS. Made the 7-hour drive home super fun. :bummed: I jokingly blame my ex-boyfriend's new wife who was shooting me dagger eyes all night, but seriously. That should not have happened after 3 glasses of wine. I felt so awful, I never wanted to let that happen again!! My husband and I had only been dating a few months, I got sick at the diner the next morning and he had to drive me home 45 min to the city. Not a bad hangover though- it's been a long time for that. But totally true that the older I get the longer it takes. I swear t takes me two days to get over my book club (wine club).
