They also scheduled me by LMP rather than the dating I knew was correct from charting (and that matched my early ultrasound dating and the dating for my nuchal translucency sono). So, I was 21w5 or 21w6d by LMP, and the tech clearly annoyed that I was actually 23-something weeks and some things were harder to see/measure. For this one, it was 19w6d. They do it whenever you are due for an every four week appointment in the 18-22 week range.
